Step Up is a national nonprofit empowering girls and young women to define and pursue success on their own terms through mentorship, community, and access. They hosted its annual Inspiration Awards in two major markets—Los Angeles and Chicago—bringing together mentors, teens, partners, and community leaders to celebrate impact, confidence, and possibility.
Postal Petals® was invited to support both events with cohesive floral experiences that could be executed seamlessly across cities while honoring the unique energy, venue, and tone of each gathering.

Floral Tablescapes
Thoughtfully designed centerpieces brought softness, warmth, and vibrancy to each venue, enhancing the atmosphere without overpowering the program.
Interactive Intention-Setting Stem Station
A guest-favorite at both events, the Stem Station invited attendees to pause, reflect, and choose a flower that spoke to them. Each guest selected an intention card that represented what makes them feel unstoppable, tying it to their stem and leaving with a beautiful symbol of their intention in bloom.
It quickly became a meaningful touchpoint for teens, mentors, and partners alike. It was a simple, interactive moment that blended creativity, reflection, and inspiration.
Event Highlights
The Los Angeles Inspiration Awards Luncheon, held in September at the Skirball Cultural Center in Beverly Hills, was set against a bright, celebratory backdrop where Postal Petals® complemented the red-carpet reception and brand spaces with vibrant floral placements and an uplifting Intention-Setting Stem Station, mirroring the event’s chic daytime energy while inviting guests to pause, reflect, and connect.
The Chicago Inspiration Awards Evening Soirée, held in November at Morgan MFG, transformed the industrial venue into a warm, inviting space as Postal Petals® adapted the same signature floral concepts for a cocktail-style celebration, layering texture, intention, and warmth while teens and mentors gathered around the Stem Station to set intentions and select flowers symbolizing confidence, growth, and resilience.
